ASALATO SG Terms and Conditions
We will endeavor to ensure that orders are speedily processed and dispatched within 48 hours if at all possible
We process orders every Monday – Friday (12nn – 6pm) in the order they are received. Orders received from around Friday midday will go out the following Monday. Delays may be expected during Public Holidays, and we seek your patience and understanding. Dispatch times may also vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be responsible.
You will be informed immediately if there is a problem with any part of your order or if any item is ‘out of stock’.
All prices stated on this site are based on Singapore Dollars (SGD), and we only process local Singapore Deliveries on this Site currently. If you have any questions about your order, or enquiries regarding international order and delivery, please kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refund and return policy
If your order is missing an item, contains a damaged product, or have any other concerns, kindly email us at email@example.com within 3 days from the date of receiving your purchase(s). Please quote your order number for our reference. Standard Asalatos are natural products and do have cracks over the surface due to drying. Unless there are any big cracks that affect the sound quality, refund will not be possible. I have used standard Asalatos that crack in a month and I have used Asalatos that last more than a year of vigorous playing.
Should you not be entirely happy with your purchase, or you have ordered an incorrect item, Asalato SG is happy to refund your purchase within 3 days providing the goods are in a fully resaleable condition (including the original undamaged packaging)
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, ASALATO SG shall only accept returns and grant replacements and refunds on the condition that the items being returned, replaced or refunded were purchased from the site. Purchase of items other than from the Site are not eligible for returns, replacements or refunds under these T&Cs.
Free Delivery over $150 – This applies to orders delivered to Singapore only
We aim to ship upon of receipt of an order, subject to stock availability.
Please note that orders over $50 will be sent by ‘signed for’ post, or courier service and you need to provide an address where someone is present to receive the goods. If you are not at home, the couriers should leave a card allowing you to contact them to arrange re-delivery or collection. If there is no attempt made to contact the courier the goods may be returned to us and we reserve the right to charge for the costs involved. Refunds can be made if a parcel is lost or returned by a courier. It can take several weeks for a courier to declare a parcel finally lost.
Delivery is charged at an estimate of cost, based on the total weight of the items in packaging, except for larger and bulky items when volume may take precedence. An item may be unavailable if several customers place similar orders at the same time.
Asalato SG is happy to ship worldwide. We prefer to use a tracked and insured services for international deliveries. Your order may be subject to delays and charges by customs on arrival in other countries, for which you will be responsible. Christmas deliveries can take longer than expected. Please check that an item is available if you need it in a hurry.
Whole and part orders can be cancelled by telephone anytime right up to the time of dispatch, unless your items have been specially ordered (including unusual quantities). Groups or organisations ordering on account are bound by legal contract once an order has been placed.
Returns refunds & exchange policy
Once the item has been dspatched it becomes your responsibility to return an order or item in an unmarked and resaleable condition before we can issue a refund to you. Please note that return postage charges cannot be refunded. Also please note that this only applies to individual customers.
Please note we do not offer warranty to the Asalatos. These must be considered to be consumable items and do crack.
In the case of non-delivery or missing goods please contact us in the first instance by phone or email. For replacement deliveries we may choose to upgrade the delivery service to a more secure one which may require your signature.
If any of your items are faulty please let us know immediately by emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can rectify the problem as quickly as possible. We want you to be totally happy with everything you purchase from us but if for any reason a product does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately for an agreement to return. Any item should then be returned in original packaging and in unused, unmarked condition within 14 days of the despatch date. We will then provide you with a merchandise exchange, credit voucher or refund. Please include a cover note stating your customer number & invoice number. Once the item has been dispatched from us it becomes your responsibility to return it in an unmarked and resaleable condition before we can issue a refund to you. Please note that postage charges cannot be refunded UNLESS we have accidentally sent the wrong item.

Once we have received the item(s) we will contact you by e-mail to confirm the amount and date of refund.
Title (ownership) of any goods supplied on a credit invoice remains with Asalato SG until the goods have been paid for in full by the customer.
